订的商务大床房，貌似每一间都不同格局。第一晚到的很晚，住的8218，离电梯好远，九曲十八弯的才到，房间比较短，侧身通过都感觉会碰到电视，窗户只有半截，夜晚不断有流水声。第二晚改了8221就好多了，落地窗，房间大，布局合理，虽然外面是高架桥，但是不会吵。
服务挺好的，有求必应，可以暂时退房到2点半。机器人服务比较霸道，每次进出电梯都要等它很久，动作慢，而且还不让人，每次都要先出去。
地段还行，离地铁步行几分钟，去北外滩近，不用去外滩人挤人。附近有家沙县小吃旗舰店不太好吃，不要浪费了旅游仅有的胃口。

前台琪琪楚楚服务好，这次入住体验真的太赞了！一进酒店，前台工作人员就热情相迎，办理入住手续迅速又高效，还贴心介绍了周边好玩的地方，好感度直接拉满！房间更是没得説，乾净整洁，布置得温馨又舒适，床品柔软亲肤，酒店位置绝佳，周边商场、餐厅一应俱全，步行几分钟就能找到各种美食，出行也很方便，离地铁站近。早餐种类丰富，中西式都有，味道也不错，开启活力满满的一天。这次选对酒店啦，下次来这边还住这儿！

这家酒店位置真的超方便，出门就是地铁站，附近吃喝玩乐一应俱全！早餐种类也算丰富，麪包水果炒饭啥的都有，就是可惜都是凉的，要是能热乎点就完美啦~不过考虑到这个价格，整体性价比还是不错的，适合预算有限又想住得方便的朋友。

我在酒店入住续房换房期间，丢了手表，确实是在酒店丢了。无奈监控看不到屋里。没有证据，我知道即使报警没有证据也是不能立案，不了了之，只能自己认栽。但是酒店全程都在推卸责任，没有任何安慰。对于丢失贵重物品的我本身就很难受，还这样，挺寒心的。希望大家出门还是保管好自己的物品，因为丢了也只是能听到一句“你报警吧….”
