衞生很好，房间很乾净，给升级了房型，很安静，我睡眠不好，这次酒店睡得很舒服，没有任何杂音，然后用品也很不错，还有身体乳，沐浴用品也是全部扣死的，这点给个赞，早餐也很好吃丰富，虽然酒店规模不大，但是真的很不错，服务也不错，以后来还会考虑住

机场酒店一大早让所有人5:20要提前下来，车准时走。结果一早大家都在楼下等，5点就下来，结果前台服务员啥也不説等到5:30问他们车呢。説车走了，然后前台耽误到5:40，叫网约车送。明明前面的酒店，服务一塌糊涂，白瞎了这硬件。

洲际线非常好的舒适级酒店，这两年Newly opened holiday 装修硬件服务软件都肉眼可见的升级，性价比超高，每次在浦东中转都住这啦，这次中转烟台依旧选择了假日，最后酒店配的查理茶包好评哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

衞生：第一次住机场附近的酒店，酒店很新，房间也大，没有异味，打扫的很乾净；
出行：去浦东机场还有专门的班车，这个服务非常贴心，赶不上早餐的还可以提供免费简餐，前台姐姐也很热心。
总体是一次满意的入住。

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me find specific locations, even though their English was not very strong. Overall, my stay was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Shanghai, and I hope to have the opportunity to return.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk is open 24h and we were warmly welcomed by the front desk even though we checked in close to midnight. The hotel seems to be newly built or recently renovated as the facilities were very well-maintained. The room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good range of food to choose from. It is an airport hotel- so only choose this hotel if you are looking for a short stay after a red-eye flight. Overall, a pleasant stay! Would highly recommend

房间很宽敞，还有一张可以躺平的沙发，有专门看书办公的书桌。卫生间也是干湿分离，马桶也是温热的，非常贴心！虽然是今年新开的酒店，但是屋子里没有甲醛的味道，空气非常清新！早餐的品种也很丰富，大厅还有自助的茶水咖啡吧，非常周到。虽然只在这里住一晚，但是服务环境卫生早餐都很满意！

高考结束来上海玩，打算去浦东机场拍机就选了这家酒店。首先要声明的是，附近的公共交通并不方便，离最近的地铁站也有5公里左右（16号线惠南站），公交收车也相当早。不过幸好酒店有接驳车来回浦东机场（一直到凌晨两点都有），而且住店客人是可以无限乘坐的（需要预约）。
环境方面，因为是新开的酒店，卫生和设施方面做的还是相当高标准的，各类设施都很新。美中不足的是房间隔音比较差，靠路边的房间晚上会有车声甚至是飞机起降的声音，对声音敏感的人尽量跟前台备注不要靠路边的房间。
早餐中规中矩，煎蛋和香肠都是现做的出餐比较慢，经常空盘，种类在平均水平。酒店里有洗衣房这点也是不错的，配置2洗衣+2烘干，高峰期可能需要排队。
前台工作人员服务态度是很好的，跟他们提了卫生间里置物钩太少也有采纳（不知道实施了没有）
