住宿离机场和迪士尼都很近，机场和迪士尼都有固定时间大巴接送。房间很大，乾湿分离衞生间。迪士尼回来的深夜粥道简直不要太香。人员服务意识 也非常强很周到，房间忘记按的勿扰也会主动联系问询需要打扫么。整体非常棒~

房间乾净衞生，设施很新。前台小姐姐特别好，还帮我免费升级了房型，机场班车也非常便捷准时，如果有转机需要的朋友真的可以考虑这家！

説点实在的 桔子水晶是华住会旗下我最常落脚的酒店 他的性价比服务 还有舒适性是我优先的选择 浦东机场这边这家 周围有希尔顿 城记 但总体的服务和舒适度 桔子 还是我最先选择

Hotel room is nice and clean, however I’ve encountered two different hotel receptionist, their attitude is very bad.
Also, you have to let them know 3 hours earlier that you want to board the bus (from or to airport), which I find is ridiculous. As an oversea traveller, we do not have local phone number and just using esim for internet , how am I able to contact them.
When asked why is this required, they just give a sarcastic answer and said “because our bus timing is not fixed”, even though THEY HAVE A TIMETABLE FOR THE BUS.
Receptionist is also very unprofessional, where he doesn’t tell us whether we have breakfast or not, doesn’t tell us what’s our room number. Although these are small problems but it should be their job to inform me instead of me asking them.
Location is not that near airport as well, takes about 30 minutes. During our stay, even though it’s not that cold (18~ degree Celsius) because it’s winter period, they changed their aircon to heater instead, so we have to request a fan.
Overall, not a great experience. Have stayed with crystal orange of different branches in Shanghai, this is the worst in terms of service.

因为离机场近一些还有接驳车，知道我是台湾人还特别有用微信告知接驳车，很担心我没有搭上，最后顺利搭上车，离浦东机场大概30分钟，看了上海上百家饭店选择这间，房间够大，乾净且舒服，服务人员也都很好的，虽然距离市中心远了很多，但是设备都很新，没有什么甲醛味、厕所浴室都乾净，只是11月饭店只制热没有冷气，得开窗通风才行，所以楼下有人吵闹房间内会听到，关起窗就没有什么声音了，隔音还不错；早餐很好吃爸妈很喜欢，如果要休闲一下这里真的很不错，主要旁边都是农村社区，满特别的，下次再来上海旅游还是会挑这里住

快闪上海，夜机到达，所以选机场附近，有免费巴士到酒店，不错的服务！客服很好！酒店新净，早餐是超级好！有很多热食！咖啡也不错！外出打车也很方便！去附近outlet也只是半小时，回机场也是半小时，不用塞车！沐浴用品香味清新！还有手冲咖啡及茶！
下次去迪士尼也可以住这儿！
