  Friendly and helpful stuffs. Our SIM card expires one day before our departure date. It was very hassle to order taxi to go to the airport. One of the stuff name “A Ken” helped us to reserve a taxi, he even went to the airport with us to make sure we got there on time. Thank you A Ken.

  新酒店，住着很舒服。前台主动给升了房型，意外之喜。另外，项链自己戴不上，也是找前台戴眼镜的小姐姐帮忙弄了半天，特别耐心。服务到位，推荐。感谢前台小孔和戴眼镜的那位姐妹！

  非常好的入住体验，酒店位置也好，在一个艺术园区里，装修讲究，布草也很高端，到武康路都很方便。服务也非常好，尤其是前台的李娜小姐姐，人美心善，甜美的微笑，宾至如归的服务，让我们感觉如沐春风！下次来上海，一定还要住这个酒店…

  位置方便，位于上海比较繁华的网红路段，没多远就是上生新所和武康大楼后面是上海交大，交通也方便，前台小姐姐也热情服务，周边环境非常的好，周围吃的也不是非常的贵，推荐酒店对面的小馄炖

  服务：最想説的一点，我已经是第二次来了，第一次也点击了升房特权，帮我豪华大床房升级到了行政大床；为啥这次第二次定也点击升级了前台説没有权限不能升级呢？从当晚的角度来説，如果是这样的话我完全可以选择同价位的亚朵，但我能来第二次就是觉得这里还不错而且可以升级房型。原房型确实比较小，只是不太理解第一次能升级第二次就説权限不足了 设施：我是3号凌晨入住3号中午离店的。3号早七八点我在五楼听到了非常吵而且长时间的电钻声，我已经是睡得很沉的人了，那个电钻声应该是在装修还是在干嘛，酒店如果有这些影响应该有告知顾客的义务吧，后续也没有任何表示。 我觉得这不是你们这个档次的酒店应该有的服务，至少亚朵和全季绝对不会出这样的事情。如果你们要和三四百的比那当我没説

  是一间宝藏酒店。酒店于新华路。一个很舒服的氛围，房间极之舒服温暖。清洁乾净宽敞。服务员?尽量配合要求而且都很有礼貌及耐心。酒店楼下有很多有质素的餐厅。打车去静安寺、愚园路等都很近。是一个远离繁嚣嘅选择。? ?
