因前台的失误把我定的特惠弄掉了 临时要求我加钱换房间 而且一开始是把特惠房形容的超级差无法睡的那种想让我改 这些都无所谓的 没什么的 房间好一点就算了 然后进了房间一股烟味 地上超级脏 房间也比之前订过的标间小 不知道该说啥好
