订房当初看上这家酒店，就是因为离地铁口近一点。这是给朋友订的酒店，因飞机晚点，地铁坐不成了，只能打的前往，这家酒店太难找了，司机绕了半天，找到另一家全季酒店，人家不接待。将近午夜，再找出租车也难，只好在旁边酒店住了。第二天通过同程网交涉，酒店以留房一晚为由，已经交付的房款一分不退。是不是有点霸王条款？我没入住，也没用你的服务，只是有耽误你生意的可能，损失应该分担，扣一半房费也差不多了。
