住第一晚就感觉不咋样，打电话到前台咨询金卡会员的事情，前台一个男的接电话，我说请问什么什么什么，对方回答：说。你们前台服务人员这么牛逼呢？入住酒店停车是要收费的，而且还不是在出口处收费，要返回前台缴费，真够奇葩的！好嘛你们收停车费说是物业的行为，我可以理解。问你们要停车票也是理所当然的吧？两根手指夹着停车票给我，哎哟妈呀，你们都是大爷！如果是这样你们一个个的何必干这服务行业呢？都去当大爷好了呀！客客气气对你们换不来客客气气的回敬，着实令人作呕！第二次住全季，体验感超级差！大厅的整体感觉还蛮现代感的结果被服务人员一low到底。

服务太差， 12点就得退房，11点就开始不停催， 要续房必须12点去续，不然又是不停电话催，酒店入住确实得有规矩，但至少其更人性化点，要续房自然会给钱。何必催那么一时半会儿。
