住第一晚就感觉不咋样,打电话到前台咨询金卡会员的事情,前台一个男的接电话,我说请问什么什么什么,对方回答:说。你们前台服务人员这么牛逼呢?入住酒店停车是要收费的,而且还不是在出口处收费,要返回前台缴费,真够奇葩的!好嘛你们收停车费说是物业的行为,我可以理解。问你们要停车票也是理所当然的吧?两根手指夹着停车票给我,哎哟妈呀,你们都是大爷!如果是这样你们一个个的何必干这服务行业呢?都去当大爷好了呀!客客气气对你们换不来客客气气的回敬,着实令人作呕!第二次住全季,体验感超级差!大厅的整体感觉还蛮现代感的结果被服务人员一low到底。

服务太差, 12点就得退房,11点就开始不停催, 要续房必须12点去续,不然又是不停电话催,酒店入住确实得有规矩,但至少其更人性化点,要续房自然会给钱。何必催那么一时半会儿。
