专门下这个app来评论，就是让大家不要上当。我两次被坑：1、订单里有早餐，去了酒店就没有早餐。反映问题后过了接近一个小时，我都退了房才给我打电话，说让我先垫付，吃完早餐，拿入住酒店的正规餐饮发票去报销，一般商务酒店都是自己内部餐厅，哪里有餐饮发票。我早餐钱在订单就给了，凭什么要我再给二次钱，酒店没有餐饮发票，我订单里的早餐钱就白给了吗？2、订单已经支付成功，第二天早上告诉我酒店拒绝订单，要我再加700多，定1500多的房间，不然就取消订单。我就是看便宜才订的。这不是用低价格引诱消费者下订单，然后再无理的喊加钱？我老婆也定了同样价格的房间，但是对她的处理方法就是艺龙自己加700多，为什么同一种问题两种处理方法？
