住房时登记身份证后没把身份证还给我，退房时也没有还，我也全程忘记了，去到飞机场取票的时候才记起来，办临时身份证的钱，包括快递寄回我身份证的钱都是我出的，因为他们说想还我身份证但一直没看到我人，请问，退房的时候是鬼去退的吗？哎
