房间老旧，设施就那样，中规中距。第一次在同程预订酒店，服务很差，投诉反映没有吃到早餐，客服回复说和酒店核实过，当时可以使用，如果有问题要及时联系，否则过后不管。我花了钱没居然没有享受到应有的服务，真是该死，难道被骗是我的问题？

定的大床房和我说只有标准间双床房 前提是我保证金都付了 没办法 只能标准房 房间一进去一股难闻的味道 窗帘生锈啦不上 房顶掉漆块 花了五六百住过最差的
