看介绍时说可以到地铁站接车到酒店，觉得很具吸引力，便下单选了这家，结果当天在地铁站到站后打电话（先是无人接听，后来朋友再打，很长时间才有人接听），被告之约在一个公交站等着，原以为出站后便能在不远处找到公交站牌，结果拖着大包小包的行李箱黑灯瞎火地在一路坑坑洼洼的石子路上走了很长一段路，才真正走出所谓的地铁站，来到了公路路口，又按着指定的方向拖行了一段路，才看到站牌，然鹅，那辆车真是不敢恭维，第一眼看到时，真担心会不会面对的到底是怎样的一家酒店呢。还好，四个轮子的车子开了没多久就到达酒店，问题又来了，只见大堂里乱哄哄的一堆人，也不知道是在干嘛，前台的电话一直在响个不停却没人顾得上去接，也真是人手不够呢，一个在处理客户投诉，另一个在接待客户入住，给我们的感觉就是一个“乱”字。好不容易办完了入住手续，总算进到房间，还好，入住的房间没有让我们失望，设施齐全，房间够大，床也舒适。总结下来，贵酒店的硬件都还算到位，软件和服务，真的有待提高。
