刚到酒店就被拦在入口处，同时被拦的有好几辆车，说没车位了，我们说我们住店的，门卫说要出示房卡。我们刚到等着办入住哪来房卡，只能下车进去办入住，再出来放行，不知道酒店是怎么想的。到酒店里问能投诉停车场门卫吗，结果说他们是外包的。
房间整体还可以，但是房间偏小，本来想去游泳的，结果泳池是威尔士健身房的，不是酒店自己的，就没去。holidayinn怎么变味变得那么厉害
