酒店位置靠近湖边，但是离景点都较远，所以比较安静。酒店服务还可以，入住时人不多，还特意提醒我们要吃饭的话提前预定，让厨师早点准备。虽然不是很好吃，不过态度不错。建议去镇上吃饭。房间不算大，卫生还行，不能细看。下水道容易积水。

因为院子环境不错，加上有钓鱼等娱乐项目，这次是第二次去度假了。酒店客满，跟前台说网上已预订，结果前台说没接到携程的订单，出示收到的短信后，前台打了个电话，总算给入住了，说是最后一间客房，辛亏有位客人临时变更行程，要不让还没得住，真是搞不懂问题出在哪，反正有的住就没再深究。房间里没有无线wifi,寝具看上去很干净，但卫生间的卫生实在不敢恭维，坐便器上有毛发，浴室地漏堵了，不想麻烦就自己动手清理，打开盖子，操，一半是毛发，还黏黏的，看着真是恶心，清理完了下水还是不畅，对付着洗完算了。这次体验真的不爽，不会再第三次去了。

酒店管理超低级，服务员早上九点钟就私自开门闯进来打扫房间，11点钟退房居然没服务人员，等了20分钟居然被告知在吃饭要客人等尊贵的服务员吃好饭方可退房，真是醉了。

酒店服务员态度比较好，但业务水平不高，明显培训不够，估计大多数是附近征地时进入，但态度热情冲垫了业务劣势。
