订了两间房，房间小的要命，还要人到了八层自己扛着行李爬楼到九层。明明入住的时候问要不要无烟房说了不要，还给安排了一间全是烟味的房间，打电话要求更换时前台态度还特别不好，说什么预定的时候没要求无烟房，我们预定是没要求，可你开房间的时候问过了啊！屋里无比潮湿，还没有wifi，这都什么年代了啊⋯⋯也就看在是离要去的地方进才定的，绝对没下次。
