我在艺龙上特地看的是三床的三人房，才定的，还是预付不能取消的。结果到店的时候和我们说房间装修，没有了三床的，只有两床，加床也没有，只有给条被子。然后电话打给艺龙客服，说过了12点不能取消，我定的到店时间是15点啊。酒店不及时更新自己的房间情况是酒店违约，艺龙作为这么大的平台也对订单不进行跟踪，很失望。望各位旅客三思。后找的酒店就是隔着几百米的延安饭店，我也不说有多好，以后去静安我只住那了。
