酒店很新 装修好看 床品舒适 性价比很高。前台工作人员都很热情友善 积极帮忙解决问题。由于第二天一大早的飞机没有时间吃早餐 前台还特别送了两份早餐让我们带走。早上送机的车是七座商务 只有我们两人 不另外收费 很舒适方便。总体入住体验非常好。
但是有两点问题希望改进。
一是我们凌晨两点入住 从国外回来只带了护照 在携程预定时也是用护照预定 并且没有任何提示说酒店只能用身份证。结果check in的时候前台说因为酒店刚开 许多功能还不完善 只能用身份证办理入住。虽然后来又通过一系列操作顺利用护照入住了 但是感觉很奇怪 国际机场旁边的酒店怎么可以只能用身份证？希望这一点尽早完善。
二是可能因为酒店太新了 房间里还是有一些味道。
总的来说是很棒的酒店 希望不久以后可以越来越好。

稍稍有点新家具的味道，不影响其过高的性价比，无论从客房服务还是到卫生间的小物件，或许是虹桥航站楼附近最性价比的酒店
