真不知道说什么好，登记的时候竟然告诉我空调坏了一个星期以上了。还问ELONG有没有通知到我。不好意思，真没有！事后ELONG还短信过来说我没入住。真见鬼了！手上还有押金单呢。今天客人说因为没空调他感冒了。。。相当不满意！
