位置和环境很好，卫生（细节处理上，不接受旺季人多，等一定要出现疏漏）和服务（建议多从顾客自身角度出发，而不是从方便操作的角度去处理问题）还有很大的改进空间；个别前台服务生还是很不错的，优点缺点是独立存在的；

酒店位置很好，离外滩、地铁口很近，周边饮食购物都方便。房间面积不大，但装修的风格很舒服。干净。就是价格不太便宜，幸好去了免费升级了。

店に入るなり、お茶の香りが漂ってて、落ち着く居心地の良い場所です。
１階の挽きたてコーヒーは無料で飲めるので、感激です。
近くにショッピング街や商業施設もあります。フードコート、レストラン、屋台、コンビニ、、、困るはありませんでした。
ただ、、、部屋は禁煙なので、廊下で喫煙する地元の方がいましたので、残念です。
