该酒店自称是四星级，其实就是三星级的设备和服务，大门口连接待门童都没有。也没有人帮助提行李。房间内除了卫生间有个FANCY而不实用的马桶外，其他都是陈旧不堪的设备，地摊肮脏不堪。最可气的是卫生间的地漏时时冒出地沟的臭味。该建筑的排水管道属于不合格的建筑。希望大家不要上当了

这家酒店服务态度非常恶劣，由于飞机晚点，我提前打过电话说明了情况，结果预定的房间还是给别人入住了，并且一点表示歉意的意思也没有，还强词夺理，真是过分
