刚入住这间酒店真的是糟糕的体验，前台小姐在做客服登记的时候，满脸的不耐烦，态度很是恶劣！立刻给我们一个下马威！所幸后来有一位值班经理带我们到房间态度还好。本来预定的酒店房间是35M左右的，前台给到的是20平的，一番交涉才给换了比之前大点的，但是心累啊！和艺龙客服交涉后心更累！

酒店的位置，服务，环境都非常好，唯一一点不好的就是，隔音效果奇差…别的房间洗澡的水声听的真真的，就像在自己房间里一样，第一次听到的时候我还以为哪里漏水了…以至于当晚睡觉做了个梦，梦见我们的屋顶和楼上的地板间有条缝，还能看到楼上浴室的水滴下来…

位置相当不错，出门左手外滩右手南京路，酒店内布置也很有味道，精致中还有点小情趣，家人住都挺满意，就是枕头太软，早餐种类太少……下次还会光临
