    上当了，被携程五钻骗了，花了五星级酒店的钱住了一个快捷酒店，酒店大堂正门小的可怜，两个人并排进不去，只能前后才能进入，???客房复合地板铺了一块1-2平米的迷你地毯，房间小，淋浴房大，可以容纳四个人同时淋浴，不过只安装了一个花洒，298元的早餐大家都应该知道是什么级别的吧，这里就这么几种水果和几种麪包，只有一种白米粥，菜品不设标牌?，也从来没见过这么质量差的小葱，不如其它五星级酒店98元的早餐，整个酒店没有服务意识，酒店从设施到服务的逻辑非常小家子气，开始我以为哪家不专业私人乾的酒店了，后来发现是华住会的，我一下就明白了，从快捷酒店起家的华住，任何事情都是他合适，不像其他五星级酒店要客人合适的逻辑，华住不改掉这种逻辑，根本没有办法干五星级酒店，我是二十多年携程会员第一次写这么多。

    We enjoyed our stay at Joya! It’s a beautiful boutique style hotel that brings in the Chinese culture. Located in a one of the most Japanese dominant area in Shanghai. Room are very spacious, great service, lovely intercontinental Chinese morning buffet. The shower area is relatively big, overall a lot spacious compared to other regular rooms. We would definitely stay here again, it’s about 15-20mins drive to most prominent areas. Reception also gave us a little gift upon check out! ??

    帮忙升级了房，地理位置太方便了，就在高岛屋边上，步行一会会又可以去黄金城道看银杏，这里可以喝到茶还是很舒心的，很满意。

    比预期好太多；没想到是华住会旗下 会有这样品质的酒店，非常不错。 特别喜欢房间的设计和结构设计。 重点是安静，足够黑 但是空调太冷

    酒店偏商务型，服务还不错，下车有门衞帮拿行李开车门，房间也整洁乾净，隔音有点不好，早餐就差太多了，感觉没什么东西想吃，也不好吃，看着没食慾！
