非常棒的入住体验，到前台办理入住时就给提供茶水和热毛巾服务，有种宾至如归的感觉。房间全部是智能家居：自动窗帘、花酒音响，床头的灯光模式可自动选择，非常人性化的设计。准备的洗浴用品都是酒店自己有在售的产品，还准备了各式免费小吃。离店时不小心将自己的生活用品忘记在酒店，隔天与客服联系zhu li，她很热心的帮我与清洁阿姨联系、确认并寄回，非常感谢！

我在网上订的时候已经付过了显示是担保金 到店付 后面直到现在这钱都没有退回来 客服在线就是个机器人说的尽是一些废话 都一个月过去了
