整体酒店评价满分！位置不用说了，服务人员很热情，前台小姐姐态度很好，有宾至如归的感觉！前台提供了饼干水果免费享用，每个楼层有免费的矿泉水供客人使用，房间卫生干净，设施完善，客服管家张阳知道我感冒后，还主动帮我提拉行李送到房间，好贴心，随后立即泡了可乐姜茶给我，太感动了，万万没有想到，下午茶不错，休闲放松的地方，还有免费的送机班车，真的第一次遇到服务这么好的酒店，个人真实的入住体验，会推荐给朋友入住的，赞！

酒店位置很好，10号地铁步行几分钟就可以看到。一到酒店门口，门童就跑上前来帮忙开门，主动帮忙拉行李到前台，一进大堂，服务员就会上茶水，红茶和红枣茶选择，毛巾，感觉回到家了，尤其是有个大堂副理叫张阳，态度很好，介绍了酒店的特色，和周边玩的景色，还有免费的下午茶提供，配套很齐全，健身房和洗衣房也是全天开放，供客人使用，房间卫生干净而又整洁，早餐很丰富，总体感觉很不错，下次来上海，首选美豪丽致酒店。五星好评！

非常棒的酒店！外表看上去高端大气，装修也不错，位置好，设施设备也挺好的，房间卫生干净整洁，给人舒服的感觉。最突出的是服务很棒，客服经理张阳值得表扬??，得知我感冒了，立刻去泡了姜汤给我，感觉到回家了，宾至如归！下次还会来！
