前台小姐姐还是很好的帮我升级了个房型本来都很好，但是呢半夜叫个外卖，不让外卖小哥上楼这很正常我能理解，但不让人家进大厅放东西就过分了吧，这么高档的吗？我下楼来问有没有外卖，接待区来句刚我不在我不知道？？？？害得我大半夜穿个睡衣到处找外卖，真是好极了👏

贵酒店定位商务和度假，不应该随便接待团队，至少与商务度假客人有所区别。
前天周末与太太入住，给我们二老感觉很好，北欧风情，简约整洁，服务够规范，我们非常喜欢！午餐日料套餐很是不错，女孩还送了扎啤。还在计划着下次可以2-3家周末小聚，或是志同道合的小范围聚会，不超过6-8人相宜。第二天早餐一下子感觉差了，和团队接待一起早餐，原本已经太过简单的自助早餐在团队的扫荡下，食欲兴趣少了一大半。餐厅乱哄哄的，吃好了还可以10来个人围坐聊天，感觉有点差。无意贬低团队，而是觉得贵店应该考虑是否具备接待团队的条件！
