发现一个问题: 洗脸池龙头只有热水，没有冷水（龙头只能往左，无法往右）。在本人住酒店经历中，没热水或热水不热倒是遇到过，而只有热水没冷水则闻所未闻。因时间不早了，不想修理人员再来打扰，只电话告知客服。其它服务各方面尚好。
