好极了，有全套的餐厨用具，不只是餐具啊，是全套的厨房用具，做桌宴会都没问题，😄😄😄！交通便利，公交地铁都方便，唯一一个缺点就是停车费比较高，一个小时10元，自己开车的估计有点不爽。

设施旧了，床边音响还是iphone4的接口。洗手间的水龙头不固定。游泳池偏小，和公寓不是在一栋楼，不是很方便。
