位置很好，离外滩很近，卫生也还行。我们住的家庭房，有个小跃层，感觉很好，唯一不足的是房子隔音不太好，不太安静。

优点：房子够大，四张床都挺宽的，地理位置很好；
缺点：卫生间门是坏的，热水要放一段时间才有；装修不好评判，毕竟有几面水泥墙；隔音太差了，下个雨半夜能吵醒一屋子人，房子外的说话声很清楚，可以说根本没做隔音！！潮湿而且有些闷；只有二楼有空调，所以晚上二楼可能空调开的很冷，但一楼觉得刚刚好；楼梯太窄，上下楼梯的时候木制楼梯嘎吱作响。
总结：如果不是七八人的大集体入住，可能就不太划算了，人数多，倒是个不错的选择，毕竟比青年旅舍条件好一点。

太坑爹了，卫生间小的可怜，马桶是袖珍的坐下一条腿没地方放，屋里潮气大，窗户只有a3纸大，房间不隔音早上6点就吵醒了
