大堂古色古香环境优雅，体现酒店书香文化。查经理很客气送的酸梅汁，会员下午茶很不错，炎热的天气能喝上一杯冰镇酸梅汁特别爽。各种鲜花也很漂亮。房间设施喜欢，有书阅读。送了饮料糖果贴心。已经是长客。
