潮湿不说，退房发现帽子落酒店了，打电话给酒店，说确实捡到了一顶帽子，找到给我回电话，两天回去没有回电话，再打过去说给找找，我说麻烦您给我快递回来，隔天打电话说找不到了，我说打电话明明说了捡到了一顶帽子怎么就找不到了我那个帽子三千块就没了？没有更差劲了，人品有问题。
