独憧别墅、房子??出门周边环境就是农村居民生活区，设施比较陈旧。不供应任何歺食，需自驾出去吃饭（2公里左右），农家小店歺食不错。房屋路边可停5、6部车??。也只能是朋友小聚、玩玩牌而己，不推荐！

白色外观，有三层；第一层是客厅 餐厅 厨房还有一个房间（标房）；二楼三个房间（大床房）；三楼二个大房间（大床房）；所有房间都带卫生间；房间阿姨收拾的很干净；门口可以烧烤 有木桌子木台子；后门湖边也可烧烤，但没有前门独立和干净；可以自己带蜡烛气球什么随意搞气氛，有烧烤炉子但没有火锅锅子，我们把用了一次的火锅锅子留给了老板（我们懒不愿意洗了带回），以后小伙伴不用带火锅锅子了；注意的是自己的贵重物品随身自带比较好！

医院护士长团建活动 别墅就在淀山湖旁(附近有景色宜人的大观园 第二天可以游玩) 交通便利 房子整洁干净 床铺整体舒适度较好 有可以放松心情的娱乐设施(ktv和麻将室) 夜间伴着呱呱的青蛙声入眠 是久违放松身心的好地方
老板热情介绍可以采购菜品 别墅里有阿姨代为加工(收取合理加工费) 做的佳肴美味可口 很合胃口 是10人左右聚会畅聊的好地方
