一家不错的酒店，HYATT旗下的管理确实不错，人员培训到位，入住时送了一杯咖啡，喝着心里暖暖的。后面退房时出了一个小问题，前台小哥HARDY很专业，很快就帮忙解决了问题，赞一个。

试营业期间入住，性价比不错，之前担心新酒店会有难闻的气味，其实并没有，只有柜子里会有些气味。设施都还不错，毕竟是新酒店，地理位置离地铁站稍微有点距离。离江边比较近，晚上可以步行到江边散步，如果以后还是这个价格还会选择入住。冰箱里的小零食和冷饮是免费的。

酒店整体环境不错，走得是小众小清新风格。前台的管管很有耐心，入住的房间有排风声响帮我换了房间，晚上还给我加了一床被子。客房服务有点跟不上，第一天我要了一瓶水和一个茶包，没有送到；第二天要了两个茶包，一直到退房都没有送到。楼层客房阿姨9点开始打扫房间，由于房间隔音较茶，整个上午是在各种拆包装、撕胶带和推车的声音里度过的。房间空调控制面板没作用，一直吹冷风。整体体验还可以，下次愿意试试静安和五角场的分店。
