订的是豪华大床房，到店后发现给的房间还是比较小。房间有一个窗户，但窗外是一堵墙，整个房间比较封闭，有一个怪怪的味道。然后就是一些细节的地方不够清洁，比如床头有灰尘，地毯看起来也脏，卫生间的地砖看起来也脏脏的。用了6楼的烘干机，投币5元，烘干花了50分钟，结果衣服还是湿的。唯一比较满意的是保洁阿姨很好，按时帮我打扫，态度也很好。还要强调一点，房间隔音效果不好，因为去考试，所以每天会在书桌前看书复习，隔壁房间的讲话声都听得清清楚楚，带了耳塞也不管用。还有就是，酒店电梯经常维修，运行的时候还有很大的噪音。为了延时退房，办了会员卡，送了两份早餐，感觉早餐品种可以再丰富一些，多一些小蛋糕啊、意面啊、其他的素菜啊什么的。唉，总之本次入住体验不太好，觉得比同价格的其他酒店要差一些。

维也纳（上海五角场）酒店很整洁室内所有设备都完好，中央空调制冷效果很高，室内几乎听不到风叶噪声。同程服务也很好，隔夜没订到，还帮我电话联系，真心感谢同程客服。给五星好评！
