极不规范的一家酒店，工作人员毫无服务可言，进店刷过预授权，离店时说没有，半个月之后查询还是没有！招商银行信用卡中心确定是酒店未操作，只有酒店有权操作预授权. 对于这样的工作效率和人员素质，我第一次住酒店遇到！
