***一次，帮去上海的朋友先定了三间标间，后来朋友想更改一间房型再加一间大床，前台不给换，要求网上定的去网上，结果去网上定了两间大床退一件标间，谁知道，前台竟然要我朋友加了80元换了大床，后来问题就来了，多了一间大床了，联系同城说酒店电话不进，不给退，联系前台说没权限，从六点联系酒店到八点多，所谓的销售来电，说要我去给同城打电话，让同城和他们协调退房，结果同城回复还是前台没权限，真恶心，就为了多卖一间房，玩这么大套路。服了。嫉妒恶劣！
