接机师傅不错，因为排队办理免税物品的提货，让接机师傅等了好久，师傅很耐心，给个👍。前台个别服务员接待业务不太熟练，订了好几天的酒店尽然找不到订单记录，同车的其他客人也面临这样的尴尬。还好根据我手机上的订单号码（已支付成功好几天）临时办理入住，要现金押金，结果几位客人因为同样的事，忘了要押金就入住了。哈哈。管理有待提高。房间还干净。床垫睡着特舒服，给👍。早餐不太理想，毕竟是回家路上过个夜而已，也不太讲究了。总体还过得去。

一間離浦東機場比較近的酒店，晨早趕飛機才入住的，在海天三路地鐵站打的35元至酒店，2019年2月11日被安排入住了8538號房間，實際是在四樓，房間沒有窗戶，室內濕氣重，因沒有客人住了一段時間了，酒店雖然是中央空調，但房間內並沒有開空調抽濕，只有進入房內插卡取電才可開空調，外邊寒泠溫度攝氏2度，當進入房間時黑萌萌的，插卡取電開燈開空調，一小時後室內溫度由5度才升至十度，入房間後衣服也不能除下，太冷了！到洗好澡上床時才發現床及被子都是濕轆轆的，睡進被窩裡都是冰涷的，為有穿多一點衣服睡覺，冷到不能入睡，到早上四點溫度才升上17度，唯一的好處就是酒店有最早5點的免費班車載到浦東機場，20分鐘的車程便到機場，其他的都不敢恭維了：浴巾是有洞洞的不敢用，茶杯崩口的要小心用呀！
