酒店就在南门码头附近。在八一路步行街和东门路的转角。周边比较热闹，晚上可以逛逛，有kfc 麦当劳 必胜客 星巴克 爱西西里 新石器烤肉 味千拉面 苏式面和小笼管 火锅等。地理位置优于新崇大酒店。酒店设施相对陈旧，但是还算干净。走廊两端的房间窗户很小，绝大部分被建筑外的柱子遮挡。如：911/902房。不推荐入住两端房间。酒店房间干净整洁，洁具干净。但是陈旧，有明显锈渍。浴缸，洗澡的花洒固定在墙上，水的喷力够。早餐在三楼餐厅，都是圆桌，无四人小位。中西式自助，但偏中式。食品新鲜，口感适中。中式有肉包，菜包，蒸饺，面，白粥，皮蛋瘦肉粥，各式酱菜，清淡炒菜，西式有白脱切片面包配cheese或黄油，其他花式面包建议忽略吧，色拉，麦片，牛奶，咖啡，红茶，培根。品种略显单一，但是作为早餐也足够了。喜欢热闹点的，交通方便点的，可以入住。同程价对应酒店各个情况，还是挺值得的。酒店附近的麦盛利我也一并提一下。味道还是不错的。
