首先，公寓在一栋有点年月的欧式老楼里面，外部环境混乱。
其次，房间对面是个公司，非常嘈杂，人来人往，无法安睡。
再则，由于没有现场负责人员，出现任何问题都不能马上解决，必须凑合使用。
最后，房间地板不平整，通风系统不太好。
电话服务态度很好，住宿体验不敢恭维。

住得还是挺好的，浴室小了点，不过房间整体来说还是挺大的，酒店还算好找，楼层低，不过并不吵杂，毕竟门口不是大马路
