酒店应该刚装修不久，装修比较粗，能感受到酒店客房部和前台还是想要把服务做好的，这是要表扬的，但是还是需要培训，住两天一天房间没窗，一天把换房的房卡给了陌生人，还没有形成一套工作守则和确认流程。
酒店房间一些细节还有待提升，比如没有茶包咖啡包，比如前台没有装发票的信封，比如电视遥控器上布满灰尘，这些其实都不需要什么成本。第一次住鼓励4分，其实目前还达不到

竟然不打扫卫生【下午五点多】，杯子没刷，被子没有整理。放上去了新的水(证明有人来过进行所谓的整理)，但是标签没弄好。
