优点：
1。位置很好，步行梅龙镇广场只需10分钟
2。酒店房间很好，床很舒适，还有洗衣机和电子灶
3。很安静，可谓闹中取静。
缺点：
1。酒店的管理流程与其他酒店不同，前台只有一名员工。且平时也见不到其他人员。
2。服务人员业务水平不敢恭维，结账时打发票居然打了三张都是错的
3。房间的灯忽然坏了，打到前台处理，居然过了15分钟才有人上来
4。早餐无法忍受，说是日式的，倒真是日式的，一个日本厨师加一个中国人，问你要面包还是米饭，我说面包，其实是两块三明治。米饭是一碗撒着芝麻的饭，配几个袖珍小菜。完全不适合中国人（个人口味）。居然要30元。晕死

酒店位置很好，服务态度也比较认真，但是服务质量一般，保洁员的培训不行，而且因为酒店公寓的关系，保洁员下午5点就下班了，如果那时再要求服务的话会有麻烦。房间设施齐全。
总之是个中规中矩的酒店，适合对地理位置要求高的客人

卫生环境很好房间暖气不够房间电话不能直接打到前台服务不是很好交通很方便设施不错很完善.
