经过艺龙网预定，付款990元，只入住一间，另外两间没住，提前打电话说退房，就是不给退,.酒店说是艺龙网站收款，入住一间他们只收一间房费的钱，网站说他们没办法退，只说申请，这种霸王条款我接受不了，希望大家看到这条评价引以为戒，不要在这种垃圾网站预订，损失的不仅是钱，还有宝贵的时间严重影响行程。我也会把这个遭遇发到微博和微信朋友圈，希望大家转发出去，这种黑网站大家一定不要定了！！！只有一个客服能给你解决什么，刚开始说能退后来又不能退，真的让人理解不了，我也会通过别的平台揭发你的黑幕，不会就这样轻易算了
