看评价来的，结果太失望晚上空调声音根本睡不着觉，不开空调又热，设早餐周边一个像样的餐馆都没有很不可便，唯一的方便就是坐火车近出行相对方便点

该酒店好像有些欺负外地人，我帮朋友预定了一间价格相对较高的景观河景单标房，房款也已提前预付，然而朋友入住后第二天离开酒店后才说一晚没睡好，房间下边是高架，完全不是网上预订的景观河景房，吵的一晚没睡好，真是上当了，我心里觉得很对不起客人。艺龙网客服，请问怎么替我们会员维权？怎么投诉他们？
