空调坏，热水小，服务员就那么几个，晚上打到前台都没人接电话。房间卫生状况不好，角落蜘蛛网都没清理。冲淋房不密封，洗完澡卫生间水漫金山。节假日价格翻倍就不说了，服务和设施还这样，商家良心何在！
