窗户坏了，这个天气确实还有蚊子，蚊子在我耳边吵了一晚上睡不着，第二天还要考试很烦躁，前台服务特别不耐烦，如果不开心的话建议你请假休息休息给自己放松一下，没必要拉着一张脸影响别人的心情。酒店也不知道有没有维修工检查设施设备，窗户也没有防盗网楼层也不高一个人住还是有点担心的。噢门锁还不好打开，前台一开始也没介绍或告知门锁该如何打开。前台在不忙的情况下介绍客房设施设备如何使用是最基本一个服务。第二天退房后遇到的前台也是一个样子，是你们家所有的前台服务都这个样子吗还是这个高冷的服务就是你们特色？我感觉餐厅迎宾的小兄弟都比前台接待员要更食人间烟火一些。希望你们领导能给你们多放几天假，好好休息，别拉着脸，找准服务行业最基本的感染力。

优点:在泰晤士小镇里面，紧邻运河，靠教堂;服务还是不错的，大堂接待很高;整体环境干净卫生.
不足: 床垫是那种老式弹簧，特别硬，习惯侧睡的人
受不了啊。早餐非常简单，30块钱一位贵了－－面条，稀饭，包子，加水果，选择品类特别少。这点因为酒店规模不大，且平常客流不大，也能理解。但是建议早饭去小镇里面吃吧。
总体来说性价比OK。
