洪萍的服务特别赞。前台人员的培训参差不齐，只有洪萍知道该怎么做，而且服务态度特别好。酒店新装修的气味有点大，早餐品种很少，窗子不严，噪音特别大。
唯一吸引我再次入住的原因就是洪萍这样的工作人员。我也是做酒店管理的，所有硬件软件都可以更新换代，唯独服务是靠员工来打造的。真心喜欢这样的员工，确实是酒店最大的财富。

酒店看起来很新，硬件设施和房间设计还是不错的，尤其是床品布置风格，我订的这种房型有冰箱免费饮料和一些零食，这也是我看下来最好看的一种房型了，其他的比较一般。距离迪士尼车程不远，不然那边附近几乎没有商户也不太会去那边住。
前台专业度和热情度都很一般，酒店人手也少，管理上感觉有待改进，酒店的早餐厅也做正餐点菜，也有套餐，价格比社会餐厅稍微贵一点，酒店价格来说也算正常，但是味道真心太一般，早餐品种不多，品质还行。
