酒店前台服务印象深刻。有一个崔姓女孩，热情、周到、耐心，对我提出的合理要求能够积极反映，在携程客服的帮助下，争取酒店经理给予解决。至于设施，不敢恭维，没电梯，早餐没有餐厅。只有9个房间。适合开派对，不适合度假。

酒店很糟糕，因飞机晚点到晚了，酒店说艺龙已经退掉了订单，事实艺龙根本没有退掉，为此还多花了钱入住，酒店居然还反馈给艺龙说当天没有入住，没有见到这么无良的酒店，在艺龙多次订房，第一次遇到，酒店信誉度太糟糕，上海有更多更好的选择，不建议入住
