酒店服务态度恶劣，带着孩子要求要有双人床，预定的时候答应，入住说没有，让协调一下房间也不行，加床也没有，要就住，要就不退钱，霸王条款，根本不合法律和人性，这样的管理和服务，以后绝不去住，希望有关部门对于类似事件，作出进一步改进和免去这种霸王条款。
