亮点：离火车站5分钟；房间大、隔音好。
问题：房间清理不补赠饮水，枕头居然放窗台，睡前找半天找不到！房务中心服务员傲慢无礼，进房一脸不高兴，先质问：枕头怎么会不见了？服务需大整治，距离四星酒店标准太远。
