上海老饭店地理位置非常好，处于上海最繁华的闹市区，服务还不错，但不足的是酒店设施有些陈旧，装潢已经很老旧了，我们入住时还发现床单上有头发和脚印，但服务员说是在洗衣房弄脏的。希望将来可以改进。

蛮有特色，中式装潢，房间很大。地段很好，在豫园里面，去外滩也很方便，离地铁站(10号线）也很近。

位置好，但酒店很差，很脏，特别是自助早餐的女服务员，素质很差，态度恶劣，工作没做好反而恶人先告状。真不知道这间酒店为什么会聘用这样的员工。

酒店很旧、很脏、基本没怎么搞卫生、餐厅服务员素质很差、态度恶劣，搞不清楚自己是谁，门口黑车很多。但酒店位置不错，很方便。

古色古香的外貌，一到那就好喜欢，比连锁酒店的房间要大很多，卫生间特别大，出门就到城隍庙，真好。
