压根没住，也不知道怎么点评，现在平台直接说是我的责任，本人只是咨询是否可以提前一天入住，结果给对方在没有给我任何反馈信息的情况下私自给我确定了订单，导致本人来酒店时无法入住，大家定酒店那种预付房费的还是不要定，万一有变更咨询一下，对方就给你确定了，而你还不知道情况，都是坑，现在平台也是狡辩心理，不承担一点责任，还说客服哭着什么的，既然流程上不能更改，为什么私自给我更改了订单！
