应该说这是我在上海住过最有服务意识且执行的最好的酒店从check-in到入住到第二天早餐到健身房到游泳池到前厅的门厅服务所有的工作人员应对得体面带微笑而且服务效率高又不做作能体会到万怡的人员训练是非常好的我觉得已胜过海底捞.
再说设施：
健身房一流（设备充足，且所有设备均完好空调适当饮水及毛巾也都配备俱全）
游泳池一流（水温恰当水干净更衣间干净干蒸房虽小但完整舒）
早餐一流真好吃所有的餐点都很用心不是应付的该加温的温度都够现做的也很赞
房间内设施倒是无功无过值得这个档次
正如同其他点评所写厕所及浴室设计再进门处也就罢了！全玻璃透明隔间是有点怪怪的其他有类似设计的酒店都会加装遮帘就可以解决啦！仅供参考啦！
是一家绝好酒店值得大力推荐更希望这样的服务水平能永远维持.

店的服务、环境、卫生都很不错！之前8月份也来住过一次，结果落了一件衣服在那，我自己都没发现。这次刚入住就打电话到房间说之前是不是住过，落了一件衣服在这。送来衣服发现是新买的短袖，真是超级感动，他们保存的很好！
